Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the FocusForge website, the FocusForge Android application, and related public support and policy routes. They describe the service scope, billing framework, acceptable use, and limits of liability.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the FocusForge website, downloading or using the FocusForge application, or interacting with related public pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service scope

FocusForge provides an Android-focused intervention and accountability system that may include app blocking, website blocking, Lock In sessions, saved schedules, progression systems, partner accountability, family controls, recovery-oriented features, and related support or profile functionality.

Features may change over time. Some functions may be free, some may require a subscription, and some may be limited by region, platform, account status, or release stage.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under your account or linked profile relationships. If family or partner features are enabled, you represent that you have the necessary authority to establish those links.

Use of the service must comply with applicable law, platform rules, and device policies.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be sold as renewable subscriptions or other digital purchases. Where purchases are made through Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and store refund handling may be governed by Google Play terms and store rules in addition to these Terms.

Public pricing information may be shown on the website for convenience. The store listing or in-app purchase flow controls the actual purchase transaction if a difference exists.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with the security or availability of the product.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, disrupt, or misuse the service beyond rights expressly granted to you.
  • Do not use FocusForge in a way that violates platform policies, child safety rules, billing rules, or intellectual-property rights.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misuse partner, family, or public-profile features.

6. Suspension and termination

FocusForge may suspend, limit, or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, enforce these Terms, or address security concerns.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests are handled under the procedures described on the Delete Account page.

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

FocusForge is provided on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in every region, or compatible with every device, browser, or platform condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusForge disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
