1. What this page covers
This page explains how to request deletion of eligible cloud-backed FocusForge account data associated with account-based or cloud-backed features. It does not change any rights or obligations described in the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.
2. How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, or include enough detail for us to identify the correct account record. Include “Delete FocusForge account data” in the subject line where possible.
To help process the request, include any relevant identifiers you used with FocusForge, such as the account email address, linked profile name, or related purchase context if the request concerns a paid account.
3. What may be deleted
Eligible cloud-backed account data may include account profile data, linked-account relationships, cloud-stored configuration or profile elements, and other cloud-backed records maintained for account features, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-retention needs.
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law, security, billing reconciliation, abuse prevention, or platform obligations.
4. Local device data
If certain FocusForge data exists only on your device, that data may not be removable through an email request alone. Local device data can generally be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage through Android settings, subject to your device behavior and Android version.
5. Processing and verification
FocusForge may need to verify the request before taking action. Verification may include confirming control of the account email or requesting additional details necessary to avoid deleting the wrong account.
Where a subscription was purchased through Google Play, account deletion does not automatically cancel store-managed billing. Subscription status and cancellation are generally handled through your Google Play account.
