Support

Support, billing, and copyright contacts.

This page covers product support, account questions, billing and refund guidance, and DMCA-style copyright notice instructions for public website and app materials.

1. General support

For general product support, permission questions, account questions, or public-policy questions, contact officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com.

When contacting support, include enough detail to identify the issue, such as device model, Android version, feature involved, and any relevant screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem.

2. Billing and refunds

Some paid FocusForge features may be sold through Google Play. Where a purchase is made through Google Play, billing, renewals, subscription management, and many refund outcomes are controlled by Google Play and may also be subject to Google’s own store policies.

FocusForge does not guarantee that all purchases are refundable. Refund outcomes may depend on store rules, purchase timing, prior refunds, jurisdiction, abuse-prevention review, or whether the charge was handled directly by a third-party platform.

If you want a refund for a Google Play purchase, first check your Google Play purchase history and Google Play subscription settings. If you need additional product-side help, contact officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com with the purchase email, order context, and a concise explanation of the issue.

Submitting a support request does not guarantee a refund. Store policy, fraud checks, and platform billing rules may still control the result.

3. Account deletion

Deletion of eligible cloud-backed account data is handled through the process described on the Delete Account page. If you send a deletion request through support, include identifying account information so the request can be matched to the correct record.

4. DMCA / copyright notices

If you believe material on the FocusForge website or related public materials infringes your copyright, send a written notice to officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com with enough detail for the claim to be reviewed.

Your notice should include:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The specific URL, page, or material you want reviewed or removed.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

FocusForge may request additional information, may remove or disable material while reviewing a claim, and may keep records needed to investigate disputes, abuse, or repeat-claim patterns.

5. Response expectations

Response times may vary depending on request volume, issue complexity, platform involvement, billing verification needs, or whether the request concerns a copyright dispute, deletion request, or potential abuse investigation.
