When possible, include the account email used in the app, the device model, Android version, and a concise description of the issue.
Accessibility is used so FocusForge can detect the foreground app and, in supported browsers, visible browser text that looks like a domain or URL so selected app and website rules can be enforced. It is not intended for password capture, message analysis, or general-purpose screen recording.
Usage Access is optional and powers app-time insights and projections when enabled.
If a user signs in or enables cloud-backed features, Firebase may be used for account sync, notifications, social or family features, selected media sync, and crash diagnostics. Google Play may handle subscription billing.
Subscription billing may be handled through Google Play. If a charge, renewal, or cancellation issue is tied to Google Play billing, users should review their Google Play subscription settings first.
For product-related billing support or cases that require direct review, contact officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com with the purchase email, plan name, purchase date, and the issue being reported.
Refund outcomes may depend on the billing platform, timing, local law, and the specific transaction state. Do not send full card numbers or unrelated personal data by email.
The live Delete Account page covers cloud-backed deletion requests. Local on-device data can be exported or cleared from the app Privacy screen. Users can also email officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com if they need help understanding the process.
If you believe content associated with FocusForge infringes your copyright, send a notice to officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com with enough detail for review. Include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
Also include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
