How to request deletion
Enter the account details below and select Open deletion email. We will prepare an email addressed to officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com with the required information filled in for you.
- Required: the email address used with your FocusForge account
- Recommended: your username if you know it
- Optional: share why you are requesting deletion or any context you want us to know
Important notes
Deletion processing may require enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant cloud-backed data. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, platform obligations, fraud prevention, transaction support, or security review.
- Deleting cloud-backed data does not automatically delete data that still exists on a device. Local on-device data can be exported or cleared from the app Privacy screen.
- Canceling a Google Play subscription is separate from account deletion and must be handled through Google Play.
- If no mail app opens, send the same request manually to officialfocusforgeapp@gmail.com.
- If we need more detail to verify ownership or identify the right records, we may reply before completing the deletion request.
